Renovation of existing Cabana including a new roof and upgraded bathrooms. Installation of new Treks decking on 330-foot-long boardwalk to beach and replaced damaged pillars.  Challenges included working over sand dunes and bringing the material needed in and out of job site. Value $113,673.
