About This Project

New franchise location for SUBWAY. Assisted the client and Subway corporation in their diversity of franchise ownership program. Tenant build-out of two thousand square foot tenant space. Installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing, including walk in coolers. Installation of all Subway equipment and furnishing.
