Paul Hoffman built Hoffman Commercial Construction on solid experience: more than 30 years of construction project management and executive experience. During 27 years with Auld & White Constructors, Paul was involved with more than 200 projects totaling $340M+. He has successfully completed projects of all types, including retail, institutional, tenant build-out, healthcare, educational, distribution centers and industrial. Paul is experienced in delivering projects via design-build, construction management and traditional design-bid-build.

Patrick is a Jacksonville native who has worked as a carpenter and superintendent for the past 18 years. Patrick has diverse experience in different types of construction. Patrick’s knowledge and problem solving skills are his strengths.

Matthew is a Jacksonville Beach native and Project Manager/Superintendent with over 10 years of experience leading projects from planning and field execution through final delivery. He oversees scheduling, coordination, safety, quality, and budget performance while supporting business development and building strong client relationships.
Matthew brings a strong technical foundation and hands-on field experience, with strengths in problem-solving, attention to detail, and team coordination to drive successful project outcomes.
